When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days before shipping. This is processing time, not delivery time. Contact 3dprintcaddie@gmail.com with questions about a specific order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Each Print Caddie product is 3D-printed to order, uniquely made just for you. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, color preference, or minor surface variations that are inherent to 3D printing.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
However, we want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or experiences a functional issue under normal use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — including photos and your order number — and we will make it right with a replacement or solution.
Can I cancel my order?
Since these items are printed on demand, cancellations must be made within 3 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellation or refund may not be possible.
Is there a text limit for the personalized 16-inch tee?
There is no set maximum text length. Letter size may be decreased to fit your requested wording. The compact 10-inch tee and Fairway Signs have a 20-character limit.
